Great customer service from Shelley, followed by a prompt, efficient and friendly installation team service ( Ahmed and his trainee).
They removed and returned an unwanted rental hot water tank and installed a new one purchased via Home depot. Ahmed answered all of my questions, made suggestions and was very polite and courteous.

Started with the appointment, Shelley was so helpful and provided me with the central humidifier which is most suitable for my house. Surprisingly the price is lower than the other service providers. And it’s so easy to make a quick appointment within a couple of days.
The technicians called in advance and let me know they’re coming. And they explained to me clearly what they’ll do. After an hour of installation, they showed me how to operate the system and what maintenance do I need to do on a seasonal and yearly basis. They are very easy to work with and they are very polite.
I am very satisfied with their professionalism and the service.

We used OnPoint via Home Depot to have our AC installed in a finished basement during the peak of summer. Greg and his partner were professional and did a great job installing the AC and were the only ones to figure out the positioning of the furnace which helped avoid damaging the basement ceiling. We surveyed other vendors who wanted to rip apart the ceiling. OnPoint saved us a lot of money in dry wall repairs and I would recommend them for any HVAC related work.
Shelley went above and beyond to search the entire GTA to help us locate a replacement water heater. Really appreciated the help navigating the warranty process, and the install service was great as well.
We had our water heater installed this week by Ahmed and his partner. They were both very courteous, respectful and completed the install in a very timely manner. They took their time to ensure no damage was made to our property both bringing in our new tank, as well as removing the old one. They also ensured that they cleaned up all the materials used, and mess created while doing the install. They were also very thorough when answering all the questions we had with regards to our new water heater.
